Questions about LinDream Skin Products
We guarantee that all of our products and ingredients are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals. We are proud and happy that none of the formulations are ever been tested on animals at any stage of our product innovation, development, or manufacturing processes. LinDream Skin does not source, conduct, or support animal testing of any kind, nor have we allowed others to perform animal testing on our behalf.
All LinDream Skin products are made without potentially harmful chemicals, parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, alcohol, synthetic fragrances, dyes, SLS and SLES, phthalates, and formaldehyde.
We are very proud of the quality of our products and take the greatest care with selection and manufacturing.
Yes! All LinDream Skin products are gluten-free. As with any new product, if you have serious allergies, we always recommend you consult your personal physician with any questions pertaining to your specific allergies and do a patch test first.
Preservatives are required for safety and performance in any cosmetic product that contains water or aloe in order to prevent the product from becoming adulterated. They are intended to kill bacteria, mold, and/or yeast which can be harmful to our health if they grow and proliferate in skincare products.
We carefully choose options that are effective in very trace levels or small concentrations. We employ the lowest percentage of preservatives necessary to keep the stability of our products and get the job done, and we’re on a continuous quest to find even better, safer preservative options (including natural preservatives).
Our products are formulated in the United States and we searched in France, Switzerland, Spain Japan, the United States and discovered some of the best and most potent ingredients including clinically proven active ingredients or natural/organic ones for all of our products. In order to make affordable skincare products of the highest quality, we are cooperating with an ISO 22716 certified GMP factory in Taiwan to produce some of our products. This factory is also an HACCP and ISO 22000 certified factory to produce oral supplements. The production and quality control is supervised by our USA trained staff. We don't compromise on the quality of our products.
We know that navigating self-care safety when you are pregnant or nursing is challenging. Even though our mission is to create safe, gentle, and healthy products, as with any skincare or supplement, consult your doctor and follow his/her guidance.
Questions about Shipping & Return
Due to the lingering effects of the pandemic, fulfillment centers and shipping carriers are busier than usual.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship, then the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We do not auto-ship or offer any product subscriptions.

Yes, we are happy to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada! Shipping may vary as we do not offer a flat rate, but you will be able to review the total cost before completing your order.
Import duties and taxes
Customers outside of the U.S. and Canada will pay applicable import, duty, and Customs fees as determined by your local government. For some countries, these charges are collected at checkout. Please carefully read all messages at checkout to determine whether duties and taxes are pre-paid or due upon delivery.
LinDream Skin does not offer refunds on international orders refused due to unpaid import-related costs.
As with all international shipments, Customs fees are determined by your local government. Any fees are due and collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Since LinDream Skin does not set these fees, we are unable to provide an estimated amount. Orders are shipped from the U.S. and delivered to most countries in two weeks.
