We have absolute confidence in the effectiveness of our products, so we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Additionally, if you are not 100% fully satisfied with the product you have received, we will gladly replace it free of charge with one of any of our other products of equal value.

If you are still not happy with your purchase, just let us know and we will give you a stress-free refund.

Please keep in mind, it takes approximately three months (90 days) for the bottom layer of skin to rise to the top, so you may not see the full results of the product until after one cycle of the skin renewal process.

We suggest using your LinDream Skin products for a full 3 months, before considering returning the product. It costs nothing to keep trying, and you will likely be very happy you did. 


Damaged Products

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible at info@LinDreamSkin.com and include a photo(s) of the damaged item for assistance.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Only U.S. & Canadian orders are eligible for exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.

LinDream Skin monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at LinDream Skin's sole discretion.

International Orders

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.



Promotions

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
